WELCOME TO HOUTRUST
Houtrust Squash Centre on the Laan van Poot in The Hague was fully renovated in 2016. With 17 professional squash courts, it is one of the biggest squash centres in the Netherlands. Because we have so many great courts, it means that you get the chance to play a great game of squash on any day of the week.

In our shop you will find squash rackets, clothing and accessories from leading brands, such as Victor, Salming, Harrow and Kean.

More than Squash
Our indoor, air conditioned Sports Studio offers plenty of room for other sports activities, such as Pilates, Work-out, Yoga, Zumba, Breakdance and Karate.

And now a Fitness Centre too!
On the 18th September, 2017 we opened our brand new Fitness Centre on the ground floor. Using TechnoGym’s innovative fitness equipment you have all kinds of ways to enjoy a proper, structured workout.

First Sport, then Wellness
Our Wellness Centre with a sauna, Turkish bath and a spacious relaxation area gives you the chance to relax after your sporting activities. In our Wellness Centre you will also find our Express Yourself beauty salon. There you can enjoy a wide range of beauty treatments.

Enjoy a Delicious Meal at Houtrust
You are very welcome to join us for a drink, a light snack or a delicious 3-course meal. Even if you haven’t played any sport… Our new kitchen and hospitality area is also perfect for your parties, celebrations and get-togethers.

Squash
Houtrust lives and breathes squash. With 17 professional courts spread over two floors there is always the chance to get a game of squash in one of the biggest squash centres in the Netherlands. The courts are equipped with LED lighting, the floors and the walls are scrupulously maintained.

Houtrust has its own ladder competition, takes part in several other women and men’s team competitions, organises tournaments and offers squash lessons for juniors and seniors.

In brief, if squash is your sport, Houtrust is your place. It is one of the best known squash facilities in The Hague – the place to be to play squash.

Fitness
Through acquiring TechnoGym’s Excite + cardio line, Houtrust is now equipped with the most modern innovations in the field of cardio fitness. You can work out with a professional trainer or choose your own personal (interval) workouts.

Fitness, Squash and Wellness
A combination of Fitness, Squash and the use of our Wellness facilities? All of this is possible from just € 32.50 per month, per person. Then you know you are on the right track!

Wellness
Done your sport? Then it’s time for a bit of pampering, so head off to our Wellness Centre. Whether you like a dry sauna, a steam bath or maybe you’d just like to take a rest on one of the loungers in our spacious relaxation area… in our Wellness Centre on the first floor it’s lovely to be able to get your breath back after all that sport.

The totally renovated Wellness Centre is open to all men and women who play sport here at Houtrust, free of charge. It can be used at any time during our regular opening hours.
And even if you haven’t played sport with us, you are still welcome to use our Wellness Centre (for a small fee).

Express Yourself by Reena Beauty Salon
The Express Yourself by Reena beauty salon can be found in the Wellness Centre. This a great addition to the services we offer! Reena Rambaratsingh is a recognised ANBOS beautician and she offers a wide range of beauty treatments.

SPORTS STUDIO
You can take part in all kinds of different sports activities and lessons in our Sports Studio. There are fixed lesson times so you can join our classes in:
Pilates, Work-Out, Yoga, Breakdance or Zumba.

You are also welcome to join Seicho, The Hague’s karate school, every Tuesday evening.

Even if you haven’t played sport
From Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 22:00 you can enjoy something from our full menu. Our Italian coffee machine is ready for you from 9.00 in the morning or you can have a lovely cup of French tea. Our smaller daytime menu for sandwiches is available from 9.00.
