Dear Sport Lovers,

16 professional squash courts, a gym and a sports studio make Houtrust Squash Centre on the Laan van Poot in The Hague one of the largest squash centres in the Netherlands. A game of squash to help you wind down on any day of the week is always possible with 16 courts on offer.

Shop

All equipment can be hired, but we also sell squash rackets, shoes, clothing and accessories from top brands, including Tecnifibre, Mizuno, PS-Wear, Saxon, Salming en Karakal.

SoccerSquash

Perhaps you fancy something a bit different. Have you ever tried SoccerSquash? The combination of squash and football is quite a sensation. When playing SoccerSquash you are putting your feel for the ball, kicking technique, fitness and speed to the test.

Sportstudio

Our air-conditioned indoor sports studio is perfect for group lessons. Lessons are included in your membership, but you can book lessons here without being a member, or with our new € 80.00 prepaid card.

Gym

In our separate, relaxed gym we have a whole range of TechnoGym equipment for the perfect workout, with professional help on hand, if you need it.

Virtual Spinning

In our (virtual) spinning room on the 2^nd floor there are 4 top-of-the-range TechnoGym cycles. Virtual spinning is a very energetic form of spinning. Guided by a personal virtual coach, you take on new challenges in every session.

Sauna

Our spacious rest area has a sauna and steam room, where you can sit back and come to after your work-out or game.

Bar & Food

You are very welcome to drop by for a drink and a bite to eat – perhaps try our tasty week special. Even if you haven’t done any sport… our bar and restaurant area can also be rented for giving parties or holding meetings and events.Team Houtrust welcomes you at Laan van Poot 18 in Den Haag. There is plenty parking space (paid from 18:00 to 24:00 hrs) in front or at the opposite parking lot.
