We offer all different kinds of group lessons in our air-conditioned sports studio (see the timetable). These group lessons can be booked and paid for individually, as part of your membership, or with the special € 85.00 pre-paid card. For more information, ask a Houtrust team member.


One-off lesson

Group lessons

Indoor/Outdoor Bootcamp

The Indoor/Outdoor Bootcamp lesson is an intensive training programme whereby you constantly change from one exercise to another. We work on your fitness, strength, agility and energy, with your body as the most important tool. No one lesson is the same. The workouts stimulate you mentally and physically. Our Indoor/Outdoor Bootcamp is a very varied, fun and very effective workout.

Body & Relax

The Body & Relax lesson is a wonderful combination of Yoga and Pilates. During Pilates you train your whole body from your core. Strong stomach and back exercises and learning how to use your muscles effectively. Followed by half an hour of Yoga with lots of stretching, straightening and relaxing.

Steps & Shape

During Steps & Shape we work on both fitness and muscle toning. The first part of the lesson focuses on fitness and is a step workout with choreography.
The second part of the lesson (shape) involves muscle strengthening exercises in which, among other things, the abdomen, legs, buttocks and arms are trained.
The choreography of Steps 1 is at entry level and Steps 2 at advanced level.

Total Body Workout

The Total Body Workout is a tough and varied workout that focuses on your entire body. You work on your fitness with simple choreography and steps. You also strengthen your muscle strength by using, among other things, dumbbells (weights), barbells, elastic bands and the step.

Circuit Group Training

Under the guidance of our fitness instructor you will be challenged in 30 minutes to go to the limit. This form of circuit training offers you fitness training in a playful, varied and challenging way. The following fitness attributes are used, among others: Weight Ball, Steps/”box”, Speed ​​ladder, Dumbbells and more!


As well as our own group lessons, other activities are arranged by external instructors. These lessons are organised by the instructors themselves. To book and pay for these classes, please contact the individual instructor.
